2. Working with you and preparing designs for the home that you want.

4. Submitting the planning permission on your behalf to the council
5. Dealing with any queries that the council may raise

On receipt of planning, Morgan Duggan Engineering will work with you on:
1. Setting out your site
2. Getting the levels correct for the builder
3. Supervision of the project and issuing compliance certificates in accordance with the laws
4. Managing the Stage Payment Process between you, your bank and the solicitor – We have to sign off the certificates before any money can be drawn down
5. Preparation of Snag Lists for Trades People
